CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

We respect Human Rights. We are against forced labor and human trafficking. We treat everyone equally and fairly. We act sensitively to the traditions and cultures of Turkey and the countries in which we operate, and comply with all legal regulations.

We believe that all our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment, under working conditions compatible with human dignity. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and ensuring and protecting the safety of our employees is our top priority business goal.

We believe that our human resources are the most important element of sustainable growth. We ensure the full and correct use of our employees' personal rights. We treat employees honestly and fairly, and we are committed to a non-discriminatory, safe and healthy working environment.

 

PREVENTION OF CHILD LABOR

Child labor is not employed at any stage of production. Our business must comply with the age restrictions stipulated by ILO practices regarding the employment of children. This age limitation cannot be below the age the child reaches at the end of the compulsory education period and in no case under 15 years of age.

 

FEES, WORKING HOURS

In our business, wages and social services, minimum wage, overtime and social services required by law are determined in accordance with the valid basic principles. Working hours comply with the law. The right to free labor or forced labor is prohibited. Employees must have the right to terminate the employment contract within an appropriate time period.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our institution ensures the safety and health of employees in the workplace, at least within the framework of the law, and strives to continuously improve the work environment. We attach great importance to occupational health and safety services and take all necessary precautions to ensure that the workplace is safe.


FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

The highest level of integrity is expected in all business activities and relationships. All forms of corruption, bribery, blackmail and abuse are strictly prohibited.

It does not tolerate the exchange of money or gifts to influence the behavior of another person, supplier, customer, organization, politician, government employee or authority for commercial or personal benefit. It does not allow bribery even in countries where bribery is tolerated.

 

PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION

Discrimination of any kind against employees is prohibited. This includes putting people at a disadvantage due to their gender, race, social group, colour, disability, political opinion, origin, religion, age and pregnancy.

 

ENVIRONMENT

We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities with a sense of responsibility. Our company is obliged to identify and implement all kinds of improvement and development studies that will minimize the environmental impacts of its activities.

It aims at continuous development with an effective environmental management system by providing the necessary technical, financial and human resources to achieve environmental principles and targets at every stage of raw material selection, production and service activities.

We expect our companies to implement the best environmental solutions beyond legal obligations and to support any initiative that will help the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies and increase environmental awareness.
 

RESPONSIBILITY

All our managers and employees are responsible for corporate social responsibility practices throughout our company.

Employees or business partners must report any behavior they know or suspect that violates this policy to official reporting channels. Retaliation against anyone who reports any violation is prohibited.
