6-Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Storage Periods of Personal Data
In cases specified in the relevant laws and regulations, our company stores your personal data for the period stipulated in the legislation and legislation.
Although there is a provision in the law regarding how long your personal data can be stored, while our site processes your collected personal data; Depending on the application carried out, these data are processed for a period of time that requires processing of this data in accordance with the applications on our site and the practices in commercial life, and then they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. The purpose for processing your personal data has ceased; If the retention period determined by the law and our Company's website expires, your personal data may only be stored as evidence in possible legal disputes or to justify the defense or to assert a right based on your personal data. 7-Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law as a Personal Data Owner
1. As a personal data owner, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

3- The purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose

5- Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions.

9- Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
However, if an additional cost arises, the Company reserves the right to charge you a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698, your application will be finalized by the Company as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
2. The methods by which you can apply for your requests regarding your rights under the Law in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller are stated below.
